For our other entree, I saw something being cooked and asked for that. It was on the Lao menu and I don’t know what it was called but the chicken and garlic were nicely crispy and it was seasoned perfectly. We got ours with an egg. Show the first photo and they will make it for you. Fun to watch it all being made, too. Our best meal in LP. ”
